Be aware of a very strict class cancellation fee. I became ill right before a class, cancelled, but incurred an expensive cancellation fee. I had never missed a class in the past. I find this to be an inflexible policy, pardon the pun.
The instructors are great. The membership system is why this is not a 5 star - really brings it to one star, if not for the excellent instructors. Having to send an email to get a membership is ok but the freeze in the membership, and no response through email when trying to cancel a membership but still being charged $25 monthly does not work for me. Loved taking classes here while I was traveling. Staff was very helpful and I was able to an afternoon and am early morning class using my Club Pilates membership.
