Unfortunately, I signed up for a membership & found out a couple days later I had an umbilical hernia preventing me from doing these types of excercises. I requested cancellation & I was told it wouldn’t be an an issue. I never used my membership once. I was expecting a refund or credit- I never received either. Horrible
Excellent form of exercise. Highly enjoy the classes. It is a very clean gym. On the higher end of expensive but highly recommend.
Pilates is great. It's so much fun. The teachers are excellent. I highly recommend.
Love it here! Katie is the best instructor! Everyone is so nice and helpful to the new person.
