New owners have done some major renovations and improvements. Great variety of classes & instructors.
Love this place! My fav instructors are Stephanie and Heather for level 1 & 2. If you want to try the cardio class I love Heidi! She's great and they all really work you out!
I love this studio. Instructors are so motivating and the classes are reasonably priced.

Best pilates studio in SD! Instructors are knowledgeable,friendly and professional. The studio is huge and very clean.Allison the torturer is my favorite, she makes incredibly hard workouts super fun!
