Sabrina was a great instructor! She is very knowledgeable about maintaining proper form throughout each exercise, and communicated this well — ensuring each class participant was engaged correctly within their core muscles and spine during each Pilates activity during class. The Poway studio is very clean and well organized, equipped and maintained, too!
Ashley is amazing. She continues to help everyone while keeping us moving and with a positive attitude. This class is just what I need🌞
