I was disappointed with how this location handled my membership when I was dealing with an injury. I had already missed several classes due to ongoing pain and reached out to place my membership on hold while I recovered. I was surprised to learn that I would be charged a $35 fee to freeze my account, even though the reason was a legitimate injury. This is my happy place… they make you feel family. This place doesn’t just strengthen the body but also the mind!
I have not found a Pilates instructor better than Kimberly. Highly recommend her classes specifically 10/10.
I love this workout! Kimberly and Keri are my dream team instructors that make my day every time. This method of exercise truly is a practice for life.
