I moved in Club One apartments, over two years ago. I can tell you if you want any maintenance issues fixed in a timely manner that won't happen; They're leaks from the ceiling, you can hear every step the upstairs neighbors take. They allow other tenants to make treats and vandalise your property, without any reprimand. I absolutely wouldn't not move to these apartments.
I just moved in and these already are the worst apartments I've ever lived in. The foundation is horrible, I feel like my I'm going to roll down a hill when I walk in the hall. The maintenance is also terrible, I can't get into my mailbox and they dont seem to care (hello, I have bills to pay!!) BEWARE, DONT MOVE IN!!!
