Zero- had to pick one star to post I had my daughter go to them as our main place was full. Tried to up the price for acrylic removal and plain mani no gel. insisted my daughter pay even though service wasn’t complete My daughter has anxiety and this was not helpful She called me in tears from there and stated other clients even were chiming in and so she had 3 - 4 people insisting she pay upfront. I wanted to share my experience to offer some constructive feedback. When I arrived, I felt largely overlooked, no one greeted me or asked what service I was interested in. I had to get their attention to request a pedicure, and even then, I was told they didn’t have time, despite there being minimal customers and plenty of staff on hand. There was no effort to offer an appointment or alternative solution, which left me feeling like more of a nuisance than a valued client.
