I wanted to share my experience to offer some constructive feedback. When I arrived, I felt largely overlooked, no one greeted me or asked what service I was interested in. I had to get their attention to request a pedicure, and even then, I was told they didn’t have time, despite there being minimal customers and plenty of staff on hand. The first time I went for a mani pedi. Was not good. Today I thought I would try it again. Karen first cut the skin around my big toe, It started bleeding, I pointed it out and she looked at me and acted like she didn't know where the blood came from. Didn't apologize. When she was finished she tried to push my shoe on and smeared the polish. She tried to fix it, looked like a blob of polish. She had to take off the polish and start over . When she finished it looked horrible!! Will never go back!!
