I'd been a loyal member of this club for years, but a payment issue had me frustrated for weeks. Despite speaking to an employee, the problem persisted even after they left the company, with no record of my concern. Thankfully, Gina, the new manager, turned things around. She listened, showed genuine care, and resolved the issue within a week. Gina's exceptional service and dedication made all the difference. Cancelled my membership - No one uses a gym towel, bathrooms are disgusting. There are staff at the desk but no one bothers to walk around and check up on anything - Very hard to get on a machine when there are multiple groups of people especially school kids either standing around a machine and having a chat or sitting on a machine playing on their phone. I was told I needed to go to the front desk and report these issues while I am there - well they are already aware this is happening. Why cant one of the 2-3 staff members... read more

New member, Their water machine has been down since I got here, brought it up with one of the staff and he was dismissive and rude. Not a care in the world that in A GYM where you’d think water is needed most, he couldn’t have given a single shit. As I type this there are 4 machines that are down needing repairs. Been here for almost 3 weeks and one of the cables has been down since. Who runs this gym? Clearly they don’t take it seriously.
