Well looked after gym and very good equipment and machines. Been going here for years now and never had a problem. Staff are always friendly and helpful

The woman trainer who looks like she has been working out a bit or is not a trainer seems sooooo rude and condescending. She always, I think, discriminates against certain members with racism. Is that what a trainer in the gym service industry is supposed to be? She seems to work at the gym with a lack of professionalism and discrimination.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of maintenance at this gym. The drinking water tap has been broken for over a month, and despite multiple requests, the management has not fixed it yet. This is unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for the members' basic needs. Guys come on, this tap has been broken for over a month now. How long does it take to fix a tap! There is never any delay in deducting my membership fee every fortnight, then why the delay in fixing a simple tap?

very poor service and unfair terms and conditions. i signed up to their service three weeks ago. as i am under 16 i needed a parent consent form so my mum signed it before me and when i went in to sign again they had lost the form in the two hours between me and my mum coming in and did a poor job of looking and didn’t seem to care. i went in again days later to check and they still hadn’t found it and said they would look and that i wouldn’t not get charged until the form had been signed as without it i couldn’t use the gym... read more
