RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMMUNITY AS FAR AS YOU CAN. Arrived yesterday from Colorado to find that the AC unit is still NOT working properly, very little cold air blowing from the vents. The Master bedroom closet has an even bigger hole where easily rats, or insects can get in. The workers left a thick layer of white dust or residue from the "repairs" all over my closet on the top shelf.
