Wir sind zum 6. Mal hier. Diesmal haben wir uns zum 1.Mal eine Unterkunft mit direktem Meerblick gegönnt. Super schön. Sehr viel und unterschiedliche Sportangebote und wer dann noch nicht genug hat, kann noch zusätzliche Trainingscamps buchen .. Sehr zu empfehlen. Uns gefällt lediglich das Atlantico Restaurant gar nicht. Zu laut, zu gemütlich und uns schmeckt es einfach nicht (ist halt alles Geschmacksache)!Dagegen das Restaurant El Lago ; hier war alles sehr schön ... Allerdings auch nicht wirklich günstig! I have been going to CLS for over 15 years and have never been disappointed. I am getting older and more restricted in terms of what sport can I do, yet CLS offers such a range of activities suitable for so many levels of fitness that I can replace sports that I was able to do in the past, such as long distance running, with cycling, kayaking or swimming to name a few. The choice of sports and quality of the equipment is second to none. The staff are very friendly and the new accommodations are superb.
Great environment to push your physical/psychological limits, and also learn new ways of training, such as Barefoot fitness.
