Spent Christmas in CLS and we had a great time. There was a brilliant variety of classes to try out from stretch and relax at one end to HITT at the other. Some days we just indulged in our own passions of running or swimming in our own time. The Wellness Centre offered great Spa facilities including sports massage. I am a Pentathlon coach and now Its my 7th training camp here. This place is a great for topathletes and also to sport tourists. Its always great to come CLS from cold Finland for a while and get ready for the Pentathlon competitions. Keep up the good work Green Team and the whole CLS staff!
