I love Club K9!!! Colleen makes my dog Promo look amazing everytime! I trust her and the staff with my baby boy, because they treat him like a king!! They're so friendly, and the shop is always clean. They've even let me come in the shop to see how they groom the dogs. Promo wags his tail everytime we go! I highly reccommend this groomer!!
I am so happy I found Club K9 when I moved to the tri-cities 3 years ago! I love Colleen and so do my dogs!! I know she is going to give them the best care possible and she always asks about my other dogs. She loves to see my little Lola that is short haired and only 4 pounds so she doesn't go to the groomer. But Colleen loves her too and cuts her nails. Absolutely the best groomer in the world! Tricia was attentive and even came outside to help me get my 3 puppies in! She groomed them perfectly and you could tell that the puppies felt comfortable around her as well...Awesome job!!!
Beware!! My dog went in for a simple grooming and ended up with severe wounds on his back that cost a trip to the vet and $250. The company would not stand behind their products or services at all. I would not recommend this company!
