Not bad, but very overpriced. had the frog legs - ok. Hated hearing the trains running by every few minutes.
The scallops are pretty good and the fish of the day was good, but not enough food and a tad overpriced for portions. Raspberry Eldeflower martini good, 10 bucks tho
Well, was good. But today the owner doesn't seem to care at all. You might be SOL on service.

Nice people/good food – I go to Vino Note (formerly Isabellas) a lot for lunch. The food there is good. The crowd is almost exclusively University Hospital people. If you go for lunch, ask for William. He is an excellent server. The blonde girl (I forget her name) is also good. The others aren't so great. Not a bad choice for lunch.
