best gym ever! I am not a social person nor like crowds. I enjoy going to my gym 3 or 4 times a week. would go more if I could fit it in!

The owner is clearly way too cheap to turn on the air conditioning for the summer. It’s much too hot in here - someone is bound to pass out. Wish the owner was more concerned with people’s health and wellness than making a buck...

haven't been to kick boxing in two years Spencer was great so were the other people that were there very comforting surroundings
