Shame on club fitness!! We tryed several times to cancel our month to month membership, not a contract but, month to month mind you, and they just keep billing us. Said they "didn't receive" our letter...yeah right. They received our check just fine...try talking to someone over the phone, they're rude cant help...talk to someone in person they cant help... send a letter? Oh they dont "receive" it. It's small and they don't offer some of the services as other fitness centers, but on the other hand I love it. I get in and out. It's close to home and I just love my trainer Michael Deutsche.
