Staff was really helpful and pleasant. The gym is well kept and staff is available to assist.
It's crowded and all the treadmills are dirty. You can literally SMELL the sweat and Dirt in the air soon as you open the door.. although, I must say the bathroom/lockeroom was clean
It's 24/7 365. You have to expect some equipment issues. I was in Today this evening, everything was working fine. I really have no issues with the place. You can't please everyone all the time.
The machines are always broke no matter when you go. Currently several treadmills are broken and now only have 1 working stair master. It's never clean. The only good thing is the location. I'm done with this location. I will also be calling corporate.
Great location, friendly attentive staff & up-to-date equipment. Anybody posting a bad review about these guys ought to find something cooler to do with their time.
WAY TOO SMALL. I'm used to 24 hour fitness in California. This place is like a cubby, I would recommend the one in affton.
