I've been working with Beth Kear for several years now. She is a skilled physical trainer @ Club Fit. Works me on my goals,which is my balance & strengthening my legs. Club fit is immaculate, has lockers, restrooms, & water fountains. It also has so many machines that the staff @ the desk can help you operate. I would recommend a personal trainer like Beth.
Unbelievable inclusive club, has almost everything except maybe a Squash court, 4 beautiful racquetball courts .......
I've been here for 2 Yoga Teachers Association Workshops. The studios where the workshops were held are inviting and great for doing yoga ... if the club was closer to my home, I'd consider joining... the club is well stocked with equipment and studios for various classes AND it's well maintained.
