I have tried to contact this place multiple times over the last year-and-a-half and I get no call back. I signed up through their online page and I never heard back on that either
Will not answer calls/messages
I would not recommend this place to anyone. They never returns phone calls or messages. Trying to cancel membership and charged during pandemic.
RecommendedA good place to workout. Good price too. Work with quality machines at your own pace.
Impossible to get ahold of. We have been trying to cancel our membership for 3 months now and are still getting charged monthly. Terrible customer relations.
While never being able to get ahold of her to not only join as I recommended people to come here , I have been trying to cancel my account there for months as I don’t have time to go as much as I’d like. Although I’m still Being charged for my membership my entry card has been de activated .
Heidi is great she is so nice and the place is awesome love it!
