RecommendedIf you are looking for amazing car wash look no further! My car was long over due for it to be cleaned. I paid the $45 option. This covered all the actual car wash machine options and more option when my car exited the car wash. Make you sure you drive up to the amazing staff on site and show them your receipt. I do like going to this car wash. The first visit, my black wheels were a mess with tire shine spots all over them. It was like they were not wiped after the tire shine was applied to the tires. This is my second visit, and the drivers side wheels look AMAZING (pic 1)!! But the passenger side wheels are like before - a mess (pic 2/3). Unless you intend to get a monthly membership ($51/mo) DO NOT use their services. Any member who drives up while you are waiting in line goes immediately ahead of you. This includes times when the non-member lines is backed up into the street and people have been waiting 20 minutes in the line and a member drives in. Non members have no priority even after a long wait. I have been coming here for years but no longer. Their current policy is a bad business policy.
Horrible customer service. Today I went to wag my car and they took forever to wash my car. I asked, what’s going on? They say that it is company policy to wash “club members” first. I said, it is my policy to take my business elsewhere. So I’m not taking my car there any more. Bye bye bye.
Do not go to this car wash. They basically told me today that if I wasn’t a member then they did not want my business. Also tried the old dog hair trick on me.
If you do not pay to join their member club, you may wait hours before getting your car washed. Not worth the wait. Quality is just “ok.” Our family now takes our four cars to Mammoth Detail Salon in Alpharetta. They are fantastic!!
This is the best car wash ever! I live near and i always get the platinum plus where they clean the interior. Highly recommended.
Just went there and they wanted to charge me $14.95 for supposed dog hair in my car. There has not been a dog in my car and they just cleaned it 3 weeks ago! Will not return.
