The food quality in the bistro has diminished in the past year.. After not being to the club for awhile I attended on the weekend and ordered a steak to be cooked medium well. It came out medium rare. I asked them to cook it a bit more and the cashier agreed it wasn't cooked. They took it back and 3 minutes later, it came out still not cooked right. I ate it.
