Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The bald man at the non-membership entrance was extremely pushy and would not take no for an answer. I repeatedly told him I did not want a membership and just wanted to pay for a regular car wash, but he continued to harass me with questions about why I wouldn’t sign up. I begged him to just ring me up for a regular wash, and he refused, telling me he would “try to persuade me” to get a membership every time I came.
