With the membership prices going up I would expect an even better level of services. Numerous vacuums were non functioning along with the air hose. Vehicle bays were filthy with trash everywhere and rags all over the floor because the towel return canisters were missing. If we’re going to be getting charged more for services then do better.
Update 12.22.25: I went today. I have always been a bit concerned about the staff putting cars into the wash lane too quick, i.e., too close. And today, the vehicle loaded behind me hit my car, twice!! I played on the horn and turned on my flashers. Everything came to a STOP and some young man came to my car, I was not happy due to this cramming cars too close thst they bump while running through the line.
