Horrible wash, nothing removed
Could a car wash be any worse? DIDN'T WATER YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
Asked for the $11 wash. Was charged $16. Too expensive. They always want to harass you to buy a membership. I understand it’s their job, but when I say no, I don’t take kindly to being asked “Why not?” And then you charge me for a more expensive wash than I ask for? The extra star is because the wash itself is fine but getting charged extra after declining a monthly membership feels more like they charged me extra on purpose, not an accident.
