Excellent service and very good costumer service
Club car wash is extremely shady. I had an issue where I purchased monthly wash service from them at a discounted price. My car had gotten some damage at home so I was not able to take the wash. I was charged for the next two months and never took the car to get it washed due to the damage. Then the discounted service was over and I was charged the full 36 dollars. Your employees constantly run the cars through the wash, bumper to bumper. At the end of the drying part, the vehicle behind me is no more than 5 feet. If I slow down to give the towel back, the vehicle behind me nearly hits me every time. PLEASE space the vehicles far enough apart that an accident will not happenn.
Today was horrible experience…my car came off the track and hit the car in front.
