Well, I cannot reply to the response I received on the horrible customer service from the corporate customer service department. (So have have to start a new complaint) The response back is incorrect. I washed my car 1 time after being charged $40 in March. I requested the refund on the 28th as that was the day it showed up on my bank statement. I did go to the car wash and made sure that all 3 of our memberships were cancelled and received 2 confirmation numbers on receipts. My husbands was about to end so I also cancelled ... read more
