They focus on new clients rather than existing ones. I experienced PTSD after being sandwiched between 2 cars on their belt. I filled a claim with them... they offered NOTHING (no fee wash or one month free. Not a thing!). They told me "the cameras show enough space when entering so we aren't liable... you'll have to go through your own insurance" so.... raise my rates because you're too greedy to allow space? I would roll down my window to ask them to allow space and constantly get sprayed in the face by bugs spray... NEXT!... read more
I have a rookie membership for my truck i usually go once a week it keeps my 22 year old truck looking good great location vacuum works great and a friendly staff
