Extremely disappointed in this company. Reported this damage after going through the wash and the manager said not to worry this was a pretty common issue and to make a report. We received the same response as other customers who have reported problems. "This damage is inconsistent with our wash and will not be covered". I hold myself to a high moral standard and would never report something I was not CERTAIN came from the car wash. Very disappointed

We’ve had a membership for about 2 years now… Update- Club Carwash damaged our car and has refused to do anything about it. Says it’s not their fault!!
There is no point in a fast pass, you can wait in line for twenty minutes and they will always let other fast pass members who just pulled up to cash line cut everyone waiting. All the other locations give the fast pass lane cars preference before the cash lane.
