I used to love club car wash, except for the issue of towels or a lack there of but recently, I have spots all over my car and half the vacuums are broken. I was there today and I literally had to move my car to find a vacuum that worked.
I have been going to this wash for a couple of years. I run a restaurant and appreciate customer service. I can tell you that your team does a wonderful job and they deserve the recognition. I also have met Don Hahn who is one of the big managers, he comes to my restaurant. He does a great job and has always been pleasant to talk to. I tell all of my customers to come to Club car wash because of the great service and Don. You guys do a great job!
Do not take your car through any club car wash. My daughter just bought a new car. The machine ripped her antenna cover off. I don't go to a car wash to have my car damaged and the company says no we don't cover antennas. Terrible business practice. DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR THE FACT THERE CAR WASH CAUSES DAMAGE. SO BEWARE. ALSO I WOULD NOT GIVE THEM A 1. TRY 0. I AM OUT $700 FOR A NEW CAR. SO WRONG
