THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT RETAINING CUSTOMERS!!!! club carwash is good but no better really than any other membership based car wash. They have a 50% discount for new customers. Ive been a member for years. I called to try to get the better pricing they would NOTHING AT ALL FOR ME!!!! All your customers are important. New and existing. I hate companies that do promos that are to get new customers. You need to try to retain your current customers as well!!!!
The guy at the ticket booth was very rude. Aggressively tried to upsale me.
For an automatic car wash, it does what it should. Free vacuums and interior towel wipes.
