Wash is mediocre at best, subscription-based membership is an absolute disaster with some of the poorest customer service I've come across in a long time. Tried to cancel my membership online but the system "conveniently" could not locate my account. Had to wait after the holiday weekend to contact. Mind you, it was only 4 days since my credit card was charged for an entire month of service for a vehicle that I had just traded in.
