I had an account with Club Car Wash and was offered to switch to a “better” plan at a different price. They gave me new stickers for that plan, but then charged me for both plans on the same car in the same month. Just a heads-up for anyone considering Club Car Wash. DO NOT USE CLUB CAR WASH As someone who’s worked in the express car wash industry—previously at Zips and more recently at Club—I’m extremely disappointed. A few days ago, my F-150 came out of the wash with a deep scratch on the door. I filed a damage claim, and Matt (a claims member) acknowledged that the scratch was not present before entering the wash but appeared afterward. Hi, I wanted to share my recent experience at the car wash. While vacuuming my car, The noticed that the rug beater machine was dirty and full of hair and dirt, giving the impression that it hadn't been cleaned in months.I was Just thought you should know.

Misleading! They had an offer with 3-month for free, which I signed up for. Never got any confirmation of that, at all. I don't go there often so I wanted to cancel but I was charged 3 days ago. I contact them to see if they would refund me nicely, and they declined saying 'no refund policy'. BUT I was never made aware of this policy, and since they never sent any confirmation, how was I supposed to know when I would be charged? I'll do business elsewhere.
