Everything is great except some of the vacuums were clogged or something I moved to another bay
I HAD a membership on one of my cars, I did take my other cars there, then after like the 3rd time of going with one of my other cars, I get asked 6 times if I want a membership from this same girl, nice girl but holy hell 6x? Then this young guy came out and said “why are you being rude?” I said I don’t need to say no 6x, and I don’t need to save money on this wash. We have a membership, in fact we've had several since this store opened. I'm going to cancel. We have taken our X7 there 5 times in 2 weeks now and each time it doesn't clean the sides of our car. We have the mirrors pulled in but the brushes never come in contact with the vehicle. I tell the ladies each time and it doesn't seem to matter - they say they'll tell management but they're always in a meeting or not available.
