Car wash was good in the past. But this time something during the process left these splotches of sappy sticky residue on my windows and paint. Can’t seem to get it off and afraid that it may ruin the paint on my car. Pretty disappointed to say the least.
I was told I could put my membership on hold for a short time at the Winneconne location. I agreed to this but I kept being charged. I called customer service they would not refund my money. I am never going there again and I do not recommend you do either. Terrible customer service if they can’t even solve a simple issue.
The manager was very nice. The other employees were pleasant as well. Overall a good experience.
