Had a truly horrible interaction with an employee today, I feel like I need to cancel my membership now. Angry he said, They say they HAVE TO pull the cars so close together that they make them do that. I won't be back after the incident today. I care to much about my car to risk it. I hate when I spoke to the employee about it they acted the way they did. They just encouraged me to go to the new car wash they are building across the street 🙃😆😆
I love the new location off of Lindbergh and New Halls Ferry there. Easy access and a nice multicolored experience.

I have a membership with the Club Car Wash and if you aren’t driving the vehicle you start the membership. Why is it a problem that you are in a rental car paying your membership faithfully and can’t get service. . I rate the service at the Club Carwash 000. I show all the require documentation that I’m in a rental car and was turn away from the Florissant location.
