The kid waving people in is extremely rude. Running his mouth saying he don’t have all day waving me in. I’m not gonna go through the car wash, bumper-to-bumper crashing into the dude in front of me are you serious?
The employees are friendly, the company policy is NOT. Sixteen months of being a loyal customer, they value non customers more. Hard pass. Canceling was SUPER EASY! Just call the number, they didn't even try to keep my business. There's a BUNCH of car washes here, I'm not staying with a club that values non members more than loyal members.
