I generally have good experiences here. I am an unlimited member. The only thing that bothers me is how closely they want you to pull up to the next vehicle in front of you.

The staff is great and the carwash does a good job cleaning the cars. There are points where I wish the staff would have a scrubber to get the spots of the car where the wash doesn't get. The back of the cars come out not as clean as the rest of the car. We also had the experience where the carwash damaged our car. The dryer blew off the emblem on the front of the car after the belt stopped us right in the middle of the dryer. But the best part is the corporate office made it right without question! Chris and Tyler were awesome! Stopped by to get my wife's van washed, and they were even able to air up a low tire.
