Mike & I would like to thank Rod Douglas for his exceptional help to find us a suitable Golf Cart. From the moment we walked into Club Car at Helensvale he was there to look after us in the process of buying a used Club Car. Most knowledgeable and respectful to our needs and kept us informed of when the cart would be serviced, any repairs that needed attending to, and when it would be delivered. Plus he delivered it personally. Thanks again Rod for all your help.
Huge thanks to the team at Golf Cars Australia. From start to finish they were absolutely awesome — super helpful, easy to deal with, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us buy our golf cart. Great Experience with Golf Cars Australia, I dealt with Lachlan who ran me through all the different options, found me the perfect Cart........ didn't mind me messing him around when two days later I decided to change the colour on him! And had it dropped off to my house, on time looking amazing. Great service, great company to deal with, thanks so much!!!
