The buggy is lovely, however the service has been extremely disappointing throughout the process. My buggy was delivered with no human contact or handover whatsoever. Regardless of the time of year, being Christians, good customer service should include taking the time to educate the buyer on their purchase and ensuring the customer feels valued and supported.
