Chicken tenders with sweet chili and buffalo hot were spectacular when ordered in a basket. My brother ordered on a tray and they looked sad and crusty. Pro tip: always order in a basket. Pro tip #2: ask for Madalynn to be your waitress. I have many years of restaurant experience and I've never encountered such a glowing personality. She truly defines grace under pressure. If I owned this place, I would give her a raise and a promotion. Simply elite service. She should teach a class

Stayed at the hotel and chose this moderately priced option. We were invited to sit at any available table. Had to wait a few minutes for waitress to come to table and ketchup was empty but quickly replaced. All seats have a good view of TVs. Waitress took our food and beverage orders together. Drinks were well poured. Food came out fast and hot. Steak was grilled as ordered. Waitress checked on us frequently.

We went on 2/14/26. Very busy, which I knew. Out of 4 ladies bartending. Only 1 ( tall, young blonde) had a smile on her face or even came over to us. I bartend as well and was just so disappointed in the lack of customer service. If you can't smile and be friendly......maybe hospitality is not for you!!!!!!!! Had same bad experience at fortunes!!!!!!

Absolutely fantastic 1st time visit.. food is amazing.. beef on wick w/5wings and fries was amazing friendly staff. Will definitely return.. very recommend
