I have been working out with my children at 78155 for the past 3-4 months. We have really enjoyed working out as a family. My 6yo does the strength and conditioning training with Coach David at 4:30. While he is doing his class, me and a few of the other moms are doing our workouts. Doing this while the kids work out has held us accountable in investing time in our bodies and physical health. We absolutely love 78155 Family Athletic Club! The youth classes have been such a positive experience for my son. Not only has he gained confidence and stayed active, but he genuinely looks forward to going every week. The coaches and staff are always encouraging and create such a welcoming environment for the kids. One of the biggest things I appreciate is the flexibility in their class schedule. 78155 is a gym that understands that recovery is just as important as the workout. The staff is knowledgeable, the facility is well kept and clean. The recovery options have made a huge difference in how our daughter feels before and after her track meets. Definitely a great spot for someone looking for a well rounded fitness experience.
