Coach David recently came to our facility and he was outstanding! Coach David held a recovery class at Code Blue Sports Performance in Del Rio, Texas and our athletes loved it. He communicated to our youth in a way they understood all the science behind recovery ensuring our athletes left with a clear understanding of recovery.
