The place itself isn't the worst one in the world, I mean it might be worse. The manager, Christy, is pretty sneaky and nice, but not help at all. Took us two weaks to only get a mailbox key after a passive-agressive push. We had a good pack of roaches cruising aroung the kitchen every morning. The pest control guy, coming every second week, was very nice and demonstrated very high theoretical knowledge regarding the roach lifestile but practically was nought. The current manager is Christy (don't know her last name), she's nice enough but isn't on top of very much around the place. We turned in a request to have our garbage disposal fixed (we hardly ever used it, but could tell it needed a new motor) and it's been over two months and the maintenance guy hasn't even STOPPED by to see what's wrong.
