The assistant manager is a wonderful man. The new manager is a lamer. Yes this place is a shit hole but the prices are lower if they ever go up a move out is imperative! If you have a choice keep looking. If you like this part of town choose something off sharlands or towards 7th street on mae anne ave there are a lot of options to date. Prices are coming down because Reno is now feeling it severely after trying to kick up the prices, now there are a lot of vacancies as many are leaving back to California. 👍
