Things take a while here. No automatic payment system to pay rent. Electric issues took a while to fix. Hot tub has been broken for years. Everything around here is in need of a makeover. I'm being nice after months of emails. Office hours have been unreliable. I know they have gone through a transition with new ownership, but it feels like nothing is being done to maintain or improve the apartment complex.
Management is having negative reviews removed and posting fake 5 star reviews with their employees Google accounts. Lol. I put in a work order to have my kitchen light changed in September and followed up every week for 2 months and still haven't heard back. They never respond to calls or fix the amenities (Going on 9 years with no news on the Hot Tub they had ripped out for "Repairs") but they sure will call the city to ticket your car if it's parked for more than a day and leave a million notices on your door about how you... read more
I lived here almost 3 years. And was forced to move out for my children's safety due to health concerns within the unit that there maintainance never took care of and now my deposit is being witheld from me I'm being ignored when I call to get answers and I'm being fined for there mistakes in management never move here I regret ever living here.
Angie, the new manager is very friendly and goes above and beyond to help you with any questions or needs concerning your apartment. I’m happy we have a gym. The clubhouse is being remodeled. I have lived here for about 2 1/2 years. I love it here, the property is in a great location close to Everything you need. It’s less than a mile away. My review was taken down! Lol. I figured it would be, so it good that I saved it huh? I’ll repost it as many times as it gets deleted, and I’ll keep it updated too. If I can warn even 1 new tenant about this place it will be worth the effort. Disregard all reviews of this property that were made more than 3 months ago, ALL of the original staff have quit and they were the only things making up for the many, many faults with this property.
