This review is for new management and for Heidi with security. Not great in my opinion that cars are being towed without a warning placed on the vehicle. Have more respect for the residents here. People live here because they can't afford to live in nicer places. Do yall seriously not understand that it's a fair amount of money to get a car from impound? This was my first place by myself and I loved it. I had no issues, and the management staff was always very friendly and helpful. Rodrigo is absolutely amazing. I see that man always working his ass off and making sure the place is running smoothly. Whenever I had a maintenance issue it would be fixed in less than a day. I would recommend living here. There's some stuff going on here that's a little creepy. Someone put these cams up all over the place and somehow they always seem to follow around the kids. I think someone needs to look into the red flags - either mental health issues or some odd behavior that may subject residents to unnecessary risk.
Maintenance is terrible the guy stand around the place is a mess they flirt with watch stalk harass and won’t look away from any woman visiting or living here I hear them yelling at other tenants and starting drama like this is middle school I do not recommend anyone live here as long as maintenance stays the same
