great gym location. I was in town for 8 days and utilized this location. Simple registration. Great value on price. Being 24 hours this is a tough deal to beat! I will for sure be back next time I am in town.

The owner is super friendly and so kind!! She manages the tax prep right next to it as well! Honestly the gym doesn’t have what planet fitness or anytime fitness has but it has what you need for a strong baseline. Free weights, kettle bells, sauna, treadmills, ellipticals, squat rack and also an assisted squat and bench rack. Also another gym rack with pulley weights and attachments.
Absolutely the worst fitness club We ever joined quit after less than 2 months machines are old outdated in need of repair and service. Some are actual unsafe. Never cleaned. No monitoring of patrons So you have the flex heads throwing weights to the ground crashing into the floor so very disrespectful and unsafe lifting and use of equipment abound.
