The music they play is horrible and way too loud. Turn it off.
Double charged for one month and I got the run around of getting it either refunded or credited. I was under the impression my account had been closed but apparently that was not the case and got a few hundred dollar bill almost 18 months later.
I think it may be easier to fit a camel through the eye of a needle than it is to get ahold of an employee at club 24. Calling always instantly sends you to voicemail and if you try to go to the gym, there is still no employee in sight. I’ve tried 3 gyms in one day before realizing it’s not possible to simply talk to an employee
