On a Monday I attended an 8:30am breakfast meeting. The scrambled eggs were undercooked. The guest’s faces showed their displeasure and they passed on the undercooked liquid eggs. I was told by staff that they intended the eggs to be finished cooking via the stereo. ???? When sitting down I noticed my chair was broken and wobbled. Another guest mentioned Club 19 “has been like this lately”.
I came here for a party and had a wonderful time. The facility, decorations and the service was on point. I woke up craving that amazing crumble apple pie and hope the chef is selling them. The best I ever had
I was initially interested in having my wedding at Club 19 and had requested to begin the contract process and submit a deposit. However, the first contract I received did not include any breakdown or estimate of the costs involved. It’s difficult to feel comfortable signing a contract without knowing the approximate price I’d be committing to. This venue is amazing from the service to the food to the space. Highly recommend it.
