We had an appointment for our 4 month old for his second vaccines; we arrived 7 min late due to diaper blow out before leaving the house. We were refused our appointment and turned around. There were 3 people in the waiting room...Also, the woman next to us had an appointment as well and was 10 min late and was also turned around. This is apparently the policy made by Zoe Lavalle who is in charge. Utter insanity....especially when you consider how long patients wait for a Dr most times...
Efficient and quick, for vaccinations and blood tests. Both my husband and I have received very good service. (Just be aware of their hours, so you don't go too late as we once did.)
