The horrible reviews DO NOT lie! Avoid Jacob Austin/CLS Sewer Systems at all costs! ZERO service after the sale. He does not care about his customers and does not stand behind the work he does or the product he sells. We used Jacob to install our septic system in our new construction because he was recommended to us by our plumber. We have had issues with it since we moved in 6 months ago. This was literally the worst experience ever to have install a new septic tank!! Buyer beware. He charged extra to hook up the lines under the house and left it to my contractor to do the job. When we asked one of the employees about hooking it up to the lines, they said we don’t do that we just put the tank in. Hmmmm then why was I charged more? That says enough but let’s continue on to how poorly they put the dirt back down. Completely unlevel, left a mess, and left EXPOSED WIRES coming out of the ground. I just feel you s... read more
