Run Away from CLS – If your exiting the Las Vegas airport and find yourself at CLS Transportation, turn and RUN AWAY ! I have never been treated so rudely ( a rotten way to start my Vegas trip.) The desk clerk yelled at me because I had a handful of dollar coins to use (and refused to take them !) He had no willingness or interest in estimating the next departure, and he was so rude even his co-workers were grimacing about him. Horrible Service! – We booked a reservation with CLS and when we got to the airport they told us to go to the wrong terminal! We called them twice to confirm we should go to terminal two. After a half hour getting to terminal two somebody at the airport told us they were wrong and it was at terminal one. Obviously upset, we get to the counter and the the guy was very rude! Great Sevice – Our group had a great time. I would recommend CLS to everyone.
Dishonest dishonest – I used the service twice while on vacation in Vegas. total bill was $150. Over $5000 showed up on my credit card. Stay away from this outfit. Not only will I not use them again, but I doubt I ever come back to Vegas. This company has soured me on the whole city.
BEWARE!!!!!!! – I used them to go from LAS airport to A local hotel total was 57.00 probelm is they charged my Credit card over 2200.00. Once i noticed it i started to call them they promised a refund that is when they bothered to return phone calls. Its been over 10 days still no refund to the card so I had to file a police report and file a complaint with the nevada transportation athority as well as dispute this with my credit card company. Still no refund. MY ADVISE-STAY AWAY USE ANOTHER COMPANY
Good Shuttle Service – Used the shuttle to & from the airport for CES show. Friendly drivers (genuinely appreciative of the tips), no hanging around for a full bus from the airport (waited maybe 10 min or so only), and pickup was exactly (to the minute) on time. Will use them again.
WHAT A JOKE... – ."Great service," "best time"? You MUST be kidding me. Customer service starts with the phone call. The receptionist, Michael, is the rudest, most annoying person I've had to deal with in a long time. Not only did he whine about every request I made (that I was willing to pay for, of course), he even complained that I was "requesting too many cars" (since when is getting too much business something to complain about?). Awesome service, A must use whenin Vegas!!!!!!!! – We arrived and the driver was waiting for us, even though our flight was in an hour early. The driver was clean, courteous and very helpful for 1st timers. His name was "Z". Later that night the head of the limo service at the Treasure Island Casino, name was Teddy, arranged for a VIP club tour for us. Great Service – I used CLS service twice in one week. The service was excellent, prompt, porfessional, and the driver went out of the way to make sure we had everything we wanted. I would highly recommend this service to anyone wanting a quality trasportation experience.
