I have been seeing Dr Ursani for few months now and he's been great! 👂 to my concerns... mmm the only comment I can tell is the lady who is assigned at the checkout area. There is no such thing as "customer-centered" values. How can you attend to a patient while talking to a colleague at the same time? She called me a different name during my visit.
Dr. Ursani is an amazing rheumatologist.
Dr. Ursani is the BEST doctor I have ever had. He cares. He listens. He treats his patience so well and I don't know where I'd be without him. Hands down, the best doctor!
