I fractured my right hand on Saturday night and was seen in the ER, where I was splinted. On Monday I spent the entire day calling around to find an orthopedic office that could put on a proper cast and that accepted my insurance. This office confirmed over the phone that they took my insurance, so I booked an appointment. There are absolutely no words to express how disrespectful Dr. Khaled Muhammad was and disrespected I was. I made an appointment last week for my son as the website stated pediatric EKG. I drove a 40 minute drive to this particular location and was given a call while in the parking garage that they do not do EKGs there. I expressed why was this not told to me last week as I was already at the facility And had taken off of work. I was told I could come up still see the doctor and he could submit a referral.
