🥴 Judging by the other reviews, it's quite clear the service needs to be improved greatly and they have repeatedly frustrated a number of patients, given poor care, and let people down. There process and management should not have gotten to the point, where they would have repeated large failures with multiple varieties of patients that show a lack of care and concern.
