🥴 Judging by the other reviews, it's quite clear the service needs to be improved greatly and they have repeatedly frustrated a number of patients, given poor care, and let people down. There process and management should not have gotten to the point, where they would have repeated large failures with multiple varieties of patients that show a lack of care and concern. Dr. Mohammed Al Baeer is the best. Not once has he ever made me wait to see him. Always on time and explains everything to me.
Continuing issues with this clinic. I've spoken to Sharon the office manager whom I'm trying to get through to with no luck. Today I spoke to my PCP's assistant as I've been waiting seven days for an urgent referral and three scripts. And since February 5 to make two referral specialist appointments and when I called the rings they have not received the referrals.
