My mom has been trying to get a hold of someone for almost two weeks. She always has to leave a message and supposedly her 3 messages were marked urgent. She wasn't feeling well and to this day has not gotten a phone call. Months ago, due to long wait list, she made an appointment with a specialist. This office never sent referral paperwork and her appointment with the specialist had to be canceled. Her doctor was changed yet again and there was an issue with insurance. took forever to run my insurance and called my name multiple times without being ready at all.
Worst experience ever. Front desk staff is unhelpful and relies on a text system to send check in. Spent 30 mins telling them I didnt get a text to finally be handed paperwork i had already filled out on the portal but somehow actually cannot see those. They sent the wrong orders to imaging center and had to spend 2 days trying to get it fixed but in the end couldn't. I truly feel this is a D equals degree facility.
