I've been a patient here for 2 or 3 years now. They are sufficient for the most part. Medically they check all the boxes and cover all the topics to make the insurance company happy. I'm not overly extatic about them but I'm also not so disappointed that Im looking for a different physician. The one thing that needs vast improvement is communication. I always have a great experience when seeing Dr. Jamal Mohammed! He’s a great Doc. He listens!! That’s not an easy quality to find in a PCP. Additionally, I like the fact that all clinics are on the same campus. So convenient when tests need to be performed. I highly recommend CLS and Dr. Mohammed.
After over a week of filing out online forms, confirming details, submitting my insurance, confirming my appointment- I arrived and was told they don't accept my insurance AND they had just called to verify 1 hour before the appointment? Ridiculous.
Dr Mohammed is the best doctor in the world! He's caring, professional, and attentive. I drive 45 miles one way just to make it to my visits.
